Dining is integral to the independent living experience, offering nutritious, chef-prepared Kosher meals in an inviting atmosphere. Residents enjoy five delicious dinners per week in the elegantly designed Teitel Dining Room, which overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds, providing a serene and welcoming environment for shared meals and social connections.
Dinner is served Monday – Friday, with Cafes and Pantries for snacks.

Our onsite Registered Dietitian reviews the menus for nutritional adequacy at each JSL residence. The Dietitian can meet with residents to discuss unique dietary needs and assist with nutrition-related medical concerns. Our residents are well cared for nutritionally across our independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. Our senior living menus are focused on being older-adult friendly, creative, and full of plentiful choices – and Kosher!
