Former Detroit Public Schools teacher Roz Garber has a witty and self-deprecating personality. She has more energy than women half her age, performing yoga and walking daily. She is excited to participate in a very special occasion as she is one of eight honorees in the 30th Annual Eight Over Eighty celebration on May 21.
When not reading or capturing the latest on TV, Roz loves keeping up with her children and grandchildren by phone and email. She plays Mahjong weekly on her electronic table with a group of friends.
