Featured Speaker: Richard Jackson, M.D.

Dr. Jackson is the founder of Neurobehavioral Medicine Group in Bloomfield Hills and has dedicated his career to treating adults, adolescents, children, and families facing complex psychiatric and neurological conditions.
He is board-certified in Adult, Adolescent, and Child Psychiatry, with additional specialization in Forensic Psychiatry. His work spans clinical care, research, and education.
Dr. Jackson is actively involved in research focused on emerging treatments for conditions including dementia, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorders. He has presented nationally and internationally, including at major psychiatric conferences.
He serves as:
- Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine
- Assistant Clinical Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan Medical School
- Senior Psychiatrist at Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Facility
Despite the complexity of his work, Dr. Jackson is known for his engaging, relatable speaking style, making challenging topics easier to understand.
