Specialized Memory Care
In addition to our Assisted Living community, you’ll also find our Memory Care Community on the second floor: a thoughtfully designed space with 12 private suites. This area offers personalized support and engaging programs to enhance the well-being of residents living with severe dementia and related conditions.
Affordable Housing Options
For those seeking affordable housing, Coville also features 14 HUD-subsidized studio apartments. Rent for these units is adjusted based on annual income through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), making quality living more accessible.
