Jewish Senior Life is now a part of the Kroger Community Rewards program. Every time you use your Kroger card, JSL will receive a percentage from your purchase.
If you have a KROGER PLUS card, all you need to do is create an online account at krogercommunityrewards.com and choose the JSL FOUNDATION (ORGANIZATION #PH024) for your COMMUNITY REWARDS donation.
How to Sign Up and Participate
- Register online above at krogercommunityrewards.com
- Follow the directions to CREATE AN ACCOUNT
- Be sure to have your Kroger Plus card handy and register your card with ORGANIZATION #PH024 (JSL FOUNDATION) when you sign up.
- Members must swipe their registered Kroger Plus card at check-out or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count.
