Hechtman I Apartments are subsidized through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.
Eligibility for HUD-subsidized housing at Prentis Apartments is based on:
- Age (62+) or disability (under the age of 62 requiring the features of a barrier free unit)
- Income level, determined by HUD guidelines

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath
Starting at $2,000 per month for our special no-dining option, $2,350 for full dining.
