At Teitel, we offer HUD-subsidized one-bedroom apartments designed for comfort, affordability, and accessibility. Residents 62+ (or under 62 requiring the features of a barrier-free unit) enjoy modern amenities, enriching activities, and a warm community atmosphere, all while maintaining their independence.
At Teitel Apartments, mealtime is an opportunity to nourish body and spirit. Residents enjoy chef-prepared Kosher meals in a friendly, communal dining setting.

Eligibility for HUD-subsidized housing at Prentis Apartments is based on:
- Age (62+) or disability (18+ and requiring a barrier-free unit)
- Income level, determined by HUD guidelines
Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.
- Newly renovated kitchens with full appliances, hardwood cabinetry, and ample storage
- Spacious living and dining areas for entertaining guests
- Large, well-organized closets for easy storage
- Updated bathrooms with walk-in showers and built-in shower chairs
- Accessible features to ensure safety and ease of use
