Summer Short Term Rentals in Michigan
It’s a common practice for Michiganders, and others from chilly northern states, to head south for the winter. They can enjoy the more mild weather found in Florida or Arizona during the colder months. We refer to these migrating people as “snow birds”. However, summer in the southern states can be too hot for many people! A Michigan summer is the perfect escape from the heat and humidity. As many of these snow birds are from Michigan, summer is also the perfect opportunity to return home and be near loved ones or lifelong friends. The new term for people who travel north for the summer is “sunbird”.
For these sunbirds, JSL offers short term rentals of fully furnished apartments. JSL provides a community for sunbirds to revel in the mild temperatures and participate in activities, with no worry of yard or maintenance work on a home.
Short Term Leases
Rental options are flexible, and as short as 3 month leases.
